Hello, I'm from California but currently live in Hamburg working as a freelance English teacher and web copywriter. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication and have extensive experience teaching English at an English learning center and most recently, at a community college in the suburbs of Hamburg.
Nothing can be more rewarding than being able to contribute to a student's success, inspire, and motivate them to live up to their true potential. I also genuinely enjoy making connections and learning about other cultures. These are some of the reasons why I love teaching.
I have taught and coached hundreds of students of varied cultures and backgrounds - from Japan, Brazil, Russia, Korea, China and Western and Southern Europe, to name a few. As I primarily teach intermediate level students, I specialize in dynamic article discussions and conversation lessons. However, I do also have experience working with beginner to advanced students. Whatever your needs and goals are, I will be happy to adjust.
The lessons I offer are relaxed, but well-structured and interactive for optimum learning.
