Hello,

I'm Arianna, I'm Italian and I'm a professional language teacher. After many years abroad, I now live in Bologna, my home town, where I teach Italian as a foreign language and French.

I offer completely personalised courses, which means that every lesson and the learning programme are entirely designed for you, according to your goals, your interests and the way you learn. So that you can learn quickly and pleasurably what is useful for you.

I teach adults, young adults and teenagers, from beginners to advanced levels (C2). We can focus on:

- general italian

- conversation about subjects you’re interested in

- grammar

- pronounciation and accent

- specific vocabulary to work or study in Italian in different domains

- practical language for a specific purpose

I aim to make my lessons lively and fun, by using different audiovisual materials for example, but I’m also meticulous to give you a clear structure of the language.

I have approximately ten years experience in teaching languages. I have a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Arts. In 2021 I have obtained an official certification to teach Italian as a foreign language (DITALS) at the Università di Siena.

In our first lesson we will talk about your project including Italian and the way I can help you make it real! If you have already studied some Italian, we can start right away and speak Italian :) but don't worry, if you don't feel comfortable with it, we can communicate in English.
