About the tutor
Hello; Hello! If you look at this profile I know exactly what you are thinking. They check the full list of tutors for someone who best suits your teaching needs and it is difficult to find the best tutor for you from the photo and some lines of description. I know because I was on that list too, looking for the best tutor to teach me Japanese.
Now I'll talk a little about myself, I'm Jose Manuel, you can call me Jose if you want, I'm Venezuelan and I currently live in Mexico.
Today I live and share with the Mexican culture: a little bit spicy, a little bit tacos and a breeder.
But before you even think about it, you really want to know what I am doing and how I can help you (I think that's what most will want to find when they go to a tutor's profile). Well let's start:
*** methodology ***
My teaching method adapts to the rhythm of each student. I have prepared material for each level: beginner, intermediate and advanced. In each grammar course I provide support material that can be used in a peer review or study.
1) If your level is advanced: You understand Spanish well enough to continue a conversation for more than five minutes. You can ask questions and form long sentences. Congratulations! You are at an advanced level. At this level, I recommend not neglecting the language and having conversations where we explore different topics and talk about anything you want! I am a very talkative person who is easy to communicate with. If you want to expand your knowledge we can also see difficult texts in Spanish and difficult subjects to make the problem worse ... don't you think?
2) If your level is intermediate: I suggest you reinforce the grammatical part, which is a fundamental pillar to take this step towards more advanced. This goes hand in hand with readings, dynamics, videos and of course a step-by-step application in practice. (For this level, I like to stop doing homework and exercises so they can eat more than if the student is willing and able to.)
3) If your level is for beginners: don't worry! If you don't understand a word of Spanish or almost nothing, don't be overwhelmed. You are where you need to be and this is where you are looking for a tutor to take you into this world of Spanish. Let's find out early at this point, it seems obvious, doesn't it? But it's not like that, often we don't even know where to start. Take a deep breath, we will see letters, sounds and pronunciations and we will slowly move forward. Do not worry.
It's exciting to start learning a language. As you expand your knowledge, you feel that the boundaries of communication are being violated. When you manage to interact with Spanish as a native language and see that you understand it and can understand yourself, you will know it was worth it.
Companies! I will wait for you and I will not leave you alone on this tour
