About the tutor

I taught Japanese to overseas students at a Japanese school in Japan where there were about 20 students in each class. My main goal has been to provide international students with the education they need to pass the JLPT. Why look for a job or apply? It would be very difficult to study at a university in Japan without passing the JLPT N3 or preferably the JLPT N2.

I currently live in Melbourne, Australia and there are many more Japanese schools in this city than in any other Australian city. That's why I decided to come to this city. The main goal of most of my current students is to visit Japan and be able to speak in Japanese with the locals. Also, some of my students are interested in Japanese anime or manga and would like to enjoy them in Japanese without subtitles or dubbing.

My main goal right now is to provide comfortable classes for my students and I will always try my best to achieve this.

As a full professor at a Japanese school in Japan, I have been teaching Japanese to foreign students for four years. I have worked at this Japanese school for more than six months since I came to Australia. I have experience teaching JLPT N5 through N2. The main teaching texts are Minna no Nihongo and Learn Japanese. After graduating from Japan, I enrolled in a school called Human Academy to qualify as a Japanese teacher and completed the Japanese teacher training course (420 hours). I love being a Japanese teacher because I enjoy interacting with people of different nationalities while learning Japanese.

My hobbies are cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, reading and watching movies. I am a serious and patient person. My strength is that I can meet anyone. Thanks very much.
