About the tutor
Hello, my name is Mohammad, and I am a Pakistani living in Indonesia. I am an Educator and Entrepreneur promoting the beautiful aspects of Urdu and the culture of its peoples. I am the Senior Tutor at the Urdu Academy of Jakarta, which I founded. In addition to English and Urdu, I am fluent in 4 languages. My youngest student is 6 years old and my oldest is 70 years old. I have students who are the children of Pakistanis living outside their home country, plus Business Executives and students with interest in South Asia. I also assist graduate students at universities such as Oxford. My students mainly reside in Pakistan, USA, Australia, UK, Canada, South Africa, Germany, and Italy, but I teach student from all over the world. I try to match my teaching style to the learning style of my students, and reviews say my classes are fun, clear, practical, and supportive. For new students, we teach them with basic grammar rules to make them able to start Urdu speaking in a few weeks. I also teach Urdu writing / Urdu reading if a student need, otherwise for conversational Urdu you no need to learn Urdu writing / reading.
