About the tutor

I have been in education for over 25 years. Majority of it working face to face. I have taught entrepreneurship, presented workshops, written a book and developed learning material for early learners :)

I am fun loving, a fantastic peoples person and friend. I have a dog and I come from a HUGE family. I love to teach and I would be a wonderful fit in getting you ready for your journey into learning and understanding English. I have been been presenting workshops and training courses for over 25 years and I am well educated in conversational english. I always bring the fun element into my classroom :)
English for work
I am currently teaching a student to improve her spoken and written english at work. Including good pronunciation.
English for beginners
I will help you learn the basics surrounding greetings, travel english, shopping and much more
British English
I use Jolly Phonics programme which is british based as well as a variety of lesson plans.
English for kids
I am currently teaching students from Vietnam, Italy and Belgium and enjoying it tremendously. I would love to reach as many children as possible and give them the confidence to speak English with a smile on their face :)
English for traveling
We will learn to ask questions:
where is the train station? where can I buy an ice cream etc... as well as being able to navigate around the countries/towns being confident in speaking English
English for children
I am currently teaching children aged between 5-12yrs old. In South Africa, I run a school readiness programme and I use Jolly Phonics as one of my lesson structure plans.
