Hi! My name is Boris and I can help you improve your Slovak language. I have a passion for languages and helping people achieve their language goals. I believe that learning a language should be fun and interesting, so I prefer to tailor my lessons to the interests of my students.

I'm currently studying English/Slovak translation, and I previously studied Fine Arts at the AFAD in Bratislava and DIT in Dublin.

Because I wanted to learn more languages, I learned how to learn better, and I have found a few language exchange partners who needed my help either with English or Slovak. This convinced me to start teaching.

I started organizing my own Language Exchange café here in Bratislava and eventually decided to teach English. Here on Preply, I teach my mother tongue Slovak.

Besides that, I like to do sports, watch movies, listen to music, read a lot of books and play board games and PC games whenever I have the time. I also love talking about art and culture.

Our classes can be focused on your fluency, accuracy, improving your grammar, building up your vocabulary or conversation.

We can converse on any topic, and our lessons will always be centered around your interests and needs.

I have experience teaching Slovak and English to adults but also schoolchildren.
