I've been tutoring for around 7 years and have built a sound understanding of how to engage students on their level instead of making them feel overwhelmed by material and tasks.
I moved to Thailand where I met and spent time with other expats during which I also completed my 120 hours certification which in turn helped me earn enough to stay for several months. This was the turning point for me when it came to realizing just how much I enjoy tutoring.
I believe that a professional relationship like any other takes time and trust. I approach my students in a manner that allows their personality to shine through in classes. By doing this I've found my students often look forward to class. Its important to me that each lesson leaves my student feeling unburdened as well as a sense of accomplishment. Though it is not always the case, it is a priority!
Trials are so important when meeting someone. It gives you the 'no pressure' option of accepting or declining and its as simple as that!
In my trials we will go over a set number of questions that will allow me to assess you as well as give you an idea of your current level.
