My experience is all from my work, since acting like a bilingual customer service agent until teaching how to speak English and creating content for the internet.

I think English has changed my life for good. I grew up very poor and my financial situation started to change after I learned the language. Not only this I became more confident and happy because of my knowledge. So I believe languages are more than skill but transformation and personal development.
