Hi everyone, my name is Ulric and I've been teaching French for over 7 years. I am a native speaker and hold a Master's degree from a French university. Currently based in Vietnam, I have previously taught in several countries, including Japan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Switzerland.

I am accustomed to teaching both online and in-person classes, always adapting to the needs and desires of my students. I am also a multimedia artist (mostly photography) and passionate about cinema, so it's very likely that we will discuss these topics during the course (and I can provide you with some great film references, and even links!).

As a passionate traveler, I believe I can also offer you some good advice on this subject.

My experience covers all levels, from complete beginners to highly advanced learners – in fact, I have more experience with the latter.

I firmly believe that oral communication is crucial in language learning, and therefore, I organize my classes around this central principle. I have extensive experience in discussion-based classes, having facilitated numerous discussions in the past. Once you are able to express yourself sufficiently (and that will be my mission!), we can delve into a wide range of conversation topics – rest assured, I have an abundance of ideas.

I am empathetic, understanding, and I try to be funny (you'll have to tell me!).
