Hi everyone! My name is Shavelle and I am a certified English Language Tutor. I have over 7 years experience teaching students English Language writing and speech skills. I am specially trained to cater to juniors and adults with reading disabilities. I am also qualified to assist with research papers, essays and creative writing.

I am passionate about nature, writing, animals and exploring the unknown. I am fascinated with different cuisines around the world, movies, music, art and current affairs. I also enjoy learning about new cultures, astronomy and Greek mythology :)

I have seven years of teaching experience. I formerly taught students ages 4-22. These students had learning disabilities and found it quite challenging to grasp their native language.

I currently possess a Bachelors of Arts in French and English Language Education. In addition to this, I have a 12o hours TEFL certificate. Currently I am a pursuing a Masters in English Language Education.

I believe that the best way for persons to learn the language is through conversation exchange. Yes, I do believe that other aspects of the language needs attention and I do implement those in my lessons.
