My name is Matumelo, a passionate ESL tutor and a qualified teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in education and TEFL certificate. I love cooking and travelling the world. As a teacher, I am eager to use my skills and experience to foster language acquisition. I am committed to cultivating a safe, supportive and accommodating environment that motivates and encourages learners to explore and reach their full potential in English language.

I have over 5 years experience in teaching. from 2018 January to December 2020, I was an English class teacher where I acquired most of my experience. In my classroom, everyone is allowed to interact without fear of being judged. Sometimes, I use teaching methods like allowing students to work in pairs or group work to allow interaction among students. I don't condone bulling in my classroom because I need my classroom to be a safe space for learning without discriminations. From 2021, I have been tutoring kids in my community. I exchange skill with my learners to make the class more fun and interactable. For younger kids I use game based activities.

I am a passionate teacher who loves interacting with students and always creating safe space for learning. Everyone is welcome in my classroom regardless of their age, culture and background.

As a dedicated teacher, I participate a lot in leadership activities. I actively participate in collaborating with my colleagues to share best practices and implement effective instructional approaches.
