Hi! My name is Marc and I have been a teacher for the past 10 years working in private schools and International schools in Thailand. I am now very excited to be an online teacher and meet many new people from all over the world. I am 35 years old and I have a beautiful wife and 2 children. I am passionate about sports, especially running, swimming and cycling. I enjoy watching movies in my and discovering new delicious food from all over the world. I grew up in Switzerland but I am originally from the Netherlands. I went to an international school as a child and did all my education at University level in English as well. I am therefore fluent and teach in 3 languages.

As a teacher I always set the goal to teach at international school level with the highest expectations while keeping a fun, proactive and interactive teaching and learning approach.

Having worked as a Dutch teacher for many years, I now look forward to working with all different nationalities. I am a structured teacher whom offers organised and prepared classes, using textbooks, flash cards and various learning websites. All of the books and materials are in electronic format (pdf etc...) and are provided. I use the most popular and common materials that you can also purchase in local shops or online. My classes include conversation practice, speaking, listening, reading and writing. All of the materials used are also official preparatory for the national standardised language assessment examinations (inburgeringsexamen, NT2, etc...) I am an energetic, fun and engaging teacher !!
