Hello, my name is Jacqueline and I am from The Netherlands.
It is very nice to meet you here! I have a passion for different cultures and language, and sharing and improving mutual knowledge.
My background is in sports and theatre as a teacher and communication and psychology in business. I travelled a lot and currently I am an expat in Egypt. I love tutoring people in language because this will help others to improve their life abroad and also enjoy conversations with people who do not speak your language.

As I am a Dutch native we can also work on culture of the Dutch and proverbs and colloquial oddities in order to give your Dutch some flavor!

Tutoring beginners in the first steps on the basics and moving on to being able to understand the language, and to confidently produce Dutch that others can understand is one of the things I enjoy the most!
The grammar found online, can be daunting. In our lessons we will simplify all the rules into something that is useable, and not obstructing your use of Dutch.
Conversational Dutch
When the basics are known, it is time to start playing with the subjects you need, or enjoy talking about.
Conversations in any place and at any level, require their own vocabulary, style of speaking and your personality.
It is great to see students bloom in this part of the language learning process. Even when you are just starting to learn, we can have a conversation. Did you know that?
Intensive Dutch
Is your time limited? We can do it! Whatever you need, we will get you ready, in your own way, faster than you think. The grammar is not as complicated as it might seem at first glance. It consists of small building blocks, that are logical, and can be used from the start!
Once you know how to converse in day to day situations, there is always more to learn! We can go into detail about business, finance, psychology, culture, or proverbs, longer more complicated sentences and in depth grammar.

Dutch for Children
I have been tutoring Dutch and English to children from 5 until 17 years old, in all levels. Every child is unique and needs their own personalized approach. All the lessons are fun but effective.

Every field has its own vocabulary and colloquialisms, effective business communication is at the heart of successful careers. I will most certainly be able to be of assistance. Being educated in Business communication, a former business owner myself and having a vast experience in a diversity of companies, I know what is needed to reach your goals fast and effectively.
