I try my best to help students to enjoy learning and improve their fluency. I'm open-minded and value building relationships with each student through lessons.

many of my students started by learning the Japanese alphabet. I will guide you every step of the way!

For intermediate/advanced students, we can work on brushing up your Japanese to the next level. we can talk any topics based on your interest / use various topics and discuss etc. you will be able to improve your pronunciation, word choices , listening skill.

I have various materials that I will use depending on the student's goals/ needs.

- textbook GENKI 1&2 latest edition + workbooks

- Seikatsu no Nihongo

- self - made materials

- other exercises from the language learning website

- Kids books

- NHK easy news / skit

I teach Japanese to my students not only to understand grammar or sentence structures but more importantly, to practice Japanese that actually can be used in daily life. You will find that often English words cannot be just translated into Japanese as Japanese has its own expressions. so I will guide you through all the rules + natural expressions in my lessons. so that you can express yourself in your way and connect with people in Japan :)

< About myself>

I started teaching back in 2019 in Australia and since then I built lovely relationships with my students through lessons. I am grateful to all my students who took/are taking my class. I got to meet many people from around the world and shared not only the language but also the beautiful Japanese culture that I grew up with.

I love getting to know people and it would be my pleasure to teach Japanese and share about my home country!
