Hello, my name is Madoka. I love to teach and learn languages to communicate with different people. While studying at a university in Florida, I taught Japnaese college students. I also taught, while raising my own children, babies, pre-schoolers, and elementaly and middle school students, how to communicate in Japanese. I myself studied English, Spanish, and started learning Korean as well. I can understand difficulties and frustration of learning languages; at the same time, I can share the joy of learning different tool (language) of communiation. I would love to share the joy of learning together and make learning experience fun.

I have taught beginning Japanese at the college for 2 years. I owned bilingual family day care for 18 years to teach babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers Japanese in a home environment. I also taught the subject of Social Studies at a Japanese School to native and semi-native children for more than 3 years. While having studied for and passed the Japanese Lanugage Teahing Comopetency Test, I am equiped with the right knowledge of teaching Japanese to non-native speakers. I would like to make learning experience efficient and fun by targeting what my students want to accomplish and using the suitable topic and method for each student.
