Hello, my name is Imke.

I am a native German speaker with a very neutral German accent and I am also a qualified teacher for German as a foreign language. Traveling is my passion, and I live with my family as a perpetual traveler. I love to learn about different cultures and would like to help you improve your German language skills.

I am a qualified teacher for German as a foreign language and hold a university degree (M.A.) in German studies, grammar and literature. I have previous teaching experience in preparation for exams (Goethe A1/A2, Telc, TestDaf) and will tailor lessons for your personal aims and needs.

My lessons focus on conversation skills and we can talk about many different topics of interest besides politics and religion. It is very important for me that you enjoy the lesson and feel good while improving your German language skills.
