Italian for beginners
Here on Preply a lot of my students are beginners and I introduce them to the Italian language from the very beginning. I can decide to follow a book or to use personalized resources, in every case the learning path is personalized.
Examples of topics we cover are: Alphabet and Pronunciation, Common Greetings and Phrases, Numbers, Days of the Week and Months, Colors, Pronouns, Verb Conjugation,
Common Phrases for Travel, Cultural Awareness.
I usually also advise online Resources, apps, podcasts, tv series and movies, to help you engage with the Italian language as much as possible.
CILS
I prepare students for the CILS exam (Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera). We do exercise focusing on: listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, grammar and vocabulary.
The level of the exam goes from A1 to C2. I also prepare students for the B1 exam required to obtain the Italian citizenship.
General Italian
Lots of my students want to learn Italian for tourism (common greeting and phrases, typical situations such as: at the restaurant, hotel, pharmacy, supermarket, office information, how to ask for directions, public transports, taxi).
Italian Literature
Thanks to my university studies, I've gained valuable experience in Italian literature. From exploring the works of famous authors to delving into cultural nuances, I developed a big passion for the subject. I'm excited to share this knowledge and enthusiasm!
CELI
