I am a Dutchman who lives in the North of Spain for more than 10 years.

So far I helped a lot of Spanish people to improve their pronunciation and having fun with the English language. My classes are always conversation based and do not follow any method.

More recently I started the give Dutch classes on Preply and I it turned out to be very successful and a nice thing to do.

I have various interests like travelling, sailing, swimming, playing guitar, listening to music, dancing and to get to know new people.

My method is basically just having conversations in English or Dutch.

You need to have a little basic level in able to have ( or try ) a conversation.

I am encouraging my students and correct them in a friendly , patient way and also focus on the pronunciation.

I do not have much experience with total beginners.

We can try to have a simple conversation or a complicated conversation.

As long as we try we will learn something. We will get used to the language, get more confident with it and we will be able to communicate better.
