I have the experience of teaching Persian language to dozens of non-Persian speakers with zero knowledge. Most of the beginners are worried about the fact that they are faced with a large amount of educational materials. I customize the lessons for each person depending on his/her conditions and in three or four sessions I will teach him/her to read or write whatever he wants. This makes the speed of progress and learning very high and we divide the time of each session into different parts for learning grammar, conversation, pronunciation and accent, listening and writing.
