Hi! My name is Fernanda Recillas. I am Mexican and I am a teacher of Spanish as a second language. I live in the Riviera Maya, a very important tourist area in Mexico. I work in one of the most well-known Spanish schools in the world. This has brought me into contact with people from different countries and cultures around the globe. I have learned how to adapt to the various needs that students have. I am available to work with learners of all ages, levels and nationalities.

My bachelor's and master's degrees in education, helped me develop a teaching style which includes various methods. This ranges from games, audio files, texts, and songs to more traditional exercises and conversation. All of this can be tailored to the interests and language goals of the individual student.

I was a Spanish teacher for 10 years in Mexico City, and for the last 5 years I have been living in Playa del Carmen, where I teach Spanish to adults of different nationalities. I have a diploma and a master's degree in teaching and education from Universidad La Salle Mexico. I also have a certificate as a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language from the University of Salamanca, Spain.
