I'm Mike and I'm from South Africa. I used to teach English in Japan (2016-2020). I learn a lot when I was there, and I had a lot of different students of very different ages.

I can help with whatever you need - conversation, textbook learning, exam preparation classes (like IELTS & TOEIC), or whatever else you need!

I like movies, music, technology, and learning about different cultures. I would love to chat and exchange ideas. I hope to hear from you soon!

I also do programming and app development on the side. I am not an expert in this field, but I have studied it through a university and other online courses, so I can definitely help with coding, IT, and communications language. Additionally, I offer coding lessons for beginner to intermediate levels.

I have been teaching for about 6 years. I have taught many different people all over the world, both online and offline. Most of my experience is with adult students, but I have experience with teenagers too.

For general English classes, I usually do a guided conversation session, where I talk to you about a different subject each time. We can cover a lot of different topics like that! I also do business English classes too, which are more structured and follow a textbook. Exam prep classes are also more structured and organized.
