Hello, I'm Benjamin, based in Dallas, Texas USA. I have a passion for language and communication and how we use it to make authentic human connections and the role it plays in helping us design a meaningful life. I'm a published author in several publications and I love coaching others to bring out their best writing.

I LOVE world travel, and some of my favorite destinations have been Lebanon, China, Greece, Mexico, and Argentina.

After teaching formally in the classroom for 10 years, I co-founded an education company and continued to teach and tutor for another 10 years.

I see myself as more of a "coach" than a "tutor" when it comes to help you with your writing, because finding the source of your motivation and inspiration is an important part of the process.

My undergraduate degree is in English from Iowa State with an emphasis on professional communication. I received a Master's degree in Education from SMU with an emphasis on Gifted Education and this deepened my understanding of learning theory and the research around human development.
