I'm a certified TEFL tutor with qualifications in Business Management and Retail Business Management. I have experience in teaching English as a second language, I'm from South Africa and I'm a bubbly, energetic, easy-going person, very helpful, patient as well as resourceful. I like meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life. My interests include volunteering and community involvement, taking part in outdoor activities such as camping, arts and crafts as well as soccer. I love listening to music, watching movies and a bit of cartoons. I love traveling hence I'm now residing in Botswana.

I'm currently a volunteer at a local elementary school, I have learned that teaching is also part of learning, I am also learning from my learners as each one of them have unique backgrounds and abilities. The satisfaction that comes with seeing your student do well is priceless and makes teaching worth it.

My teaching style is more of a highly adaptable method, I do not prefer one teaching method or one way of interacting with a student, each student is different and so will the lessons be. I always try to adjust according to the student's needs and abilities. I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator and delegator. I use games and songs as part of my teaching technique. At the end of every lesson, a student will be given homework as part of the lesson.

I know how daunting it is, to learn a new language, as someone who can speak over 6 different languages, I know how it feels, so I make learning English easy and fun. While teaching, I am more a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations, it's my duty to make sure that at the end of the lessons, my students are satisfied with the lessons. If my students are happy at the end of the day, so am I. I make learning English fun and easy and I always go an extra mile to make sure that my students are satisfied with my work after every lesson.
