My lessons are based on conversation which is always tailored to students need and preferences. I use a wide range of innovative methods and techniques that I know work. I'm a language learner myself so I know what works. My methods include: using flashcards, mobile applications, different study materials and systematic revision
I taught at a language school for 4 years and during this time I taught many people of all ages both individually and in groups. This experience helped be grow as a teacher, and improve my style.
For me being flexible is one of my strong points as a teacher. I think a lot of teacher just open a book and go from there, but I like to have a variety of activities to do during the lesson and I like to adapt them to my student's needs. I think it's important to recognize that every student is different and what may work for one person might not work for another.
After leaving the language school I decided to become a freelance teacher. Because of this job change as well as the ongoing covid pandemic I have been mostly teaching online for the last two years. I think that I have become quite comfortable teaching online and I believe online teaching/learning has enormous potential to help people all over the world.

I've taught many beginners. Even though I often can't communicate in the student's native language, I've still had success in teaching them and slowly helping them improve.
Intensive English
For the last 5 years I've taught many intensive classes in English. I've helped students go from complete beginners to earning a certificate at a B2 level.
English for traveling
Traveling is one of the biggest reasons why people want to learn English, and over the course of my teaching career I've helped many students with this. We do role-plays of certain situations to help students get comfortable in them. I can improve their vocabulary and give them useful words and phrases that they will certainly encounter in their travels.
English job interview prep
I've taught dozens of students prepare for job interviews and with my help, my students have a near-perfect success rate. We can work on CVs or do a practice interview together.
English homework help
Homework, especially homework related to grammar and vocabulary, can often be difficult. I can patiently explain what needs to be done to complete the assignment and help the student come out with a better understanding of what they are trying to learn.
