I'm Kris and I come from Bosnia and Hercegovina, from Republic of Srpska.🇧🇦 🇷🇸

Serbian is my native language and I have always loved it so I hope you will love it too. I have read thousands of books in my education so far, which has made me love literature and poetry. I am a college student and also have quite a few hobbies- ♪🏕️📺🏋🏼‍♂️🍲🍩... so there's a good chance we will easily find something to talk about.

I also speak English at a C2 level and offer Serbian language classes in English, and speak a bit of German at B1 level.

I look forward to teaching others the beautiful, Serbian language! 🙂

I have taught people from several countries, and with different levels of knowledge- beginners to advanced Serbian language. It is my native language so I don't have any special certificates, but I did also study it in school for 13 years as a main subject.

When it comes to my teaching, my classes are easy-going and conversation based. I like my students to be my guide and I teach them exactly the things they want or explain the things they find the hardest. That's why I don't use a specific textbook, but instead make my own textbook-like material, excercises and homework tailored for each individual student and lesson.

I love holding conversations with students, and just gently guiding them or correcting any mistakes.

In my classes students read, write, talk, learn vocabulary, grammar, and at the same time have a chance of meeting Serbian culture and customs.

I firmly believe that progress can't be made, unless my students feel comfortable during classes.

I offer classes fully in English, fully in Serbian or a mix of both.

And as always and with anything, practice makes perfect. Don't be afraid to speak!
