Hello! My name is José María, although everyone calls me Pepe.

I was born on the island of Menorca, but I have lived most of my life in Madrid. My accent is therefore neutral, but I know other variants and languages (Catalan) well, especially from the Mediterranean area of Spain.

I spent many times abroad (Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, various parts of Asia,...), and I have worked in International Business positions.

I am a Telecommunications Engineer (Electrical Engineer), and I have two Master's Degrees, an MBA in International Trade and another in the European Union: Economics and Law.

I have worked as a Business Consultant and Engineer for many years, and in various countries, in addition to several academic stays abroad. There, I discovered that I love teaching my native language (Spanish) to people who want to learn it.

I also speak fluent English (certified with an IELTS diploma), so if you're just starting with Spanish we can use this as our common ground to build up your Spanish skills.

I also know German, in casi you speak it, but only up to the B1 level

I am a native Spaniard with lots of International friends.

I was a private maths tutor for kids a couple of times. However, I haven't got much professional language teaching experience.

Nevertheless, I am continuously tutoring a Japanese, a German, and a Hungarian friends on Spanish, for friendship.

Moreover, I hold and IELTS 7.5 Certificate in English.
