Hello my name is Crystal, welcome to my classroom. I have been teaching for over that 16 years my area of expertise is teaching Business English. I have an infectious smile that has proven to set the tone for my classes throughout the years.

Interactive, funny and interesting are adjectives usually used by my students to describe my sessions. I am a practical person, I love keeping it simple allowing students to express themselves as this encourages a natural development of the English Language.

I have 16 years of teaching experience in the public school system and 13 years experience as a Department Manager in an educational institution.

I have a Bachelor's of Education Degree in Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
