Perhaps the most common and useful form, conversational Spanish is something I use everyday with my cousins in Mexico and coworkers at a school. Whether it's telling jokes or keeping things professional, I have experience adapting to changing contexts which is important to not making a fool out of oneself.

I have 3 years teaching experience to students who are just beginning. The early stages are often the most special. How exiting to embark on a journey. Learning a language offers the opportunity to see the world through a new lens.

I studied Spanish at UNT. I am familiar with the literature of Cortazar and Cervantes, and during my study I wrote many papers including essays and opinion pieces in Spanish, as well as a final thesis. If you are ready for something rigorous, I am the teacher for you.

I am Texan born with family in Mexico. I spent many years of my childhood in Mexico and I visit to this day. I think Mexican Spanish is quite a beautiful branch to learn. It is crystal clear, rhythmic and provides very strong fundamentals on which one can build on.
