Hi ! I'm Tanya Kim. I'm from South Africa and have also lived in the USA for 14 years.

I have been tutoring and teaching Math and English for 13 years internationally. I enjoy being part of the process to empower others through education and shared experiences.

I have many interests. I enjoy anything outdoors in nature like hiking and swimming, and traveling to visit all the different beaches, rivers, springs, mountains and waterfalls to have a picnic... I also love plants and gardening. I spend a significant amount of time volunteering for different causes. I like arts and making crafts, as well as dancing and soccer. I also love being in the kitchen to create new recipes.

I have 13 years of experience tutoring and teaching English and Math mostly, but many other subjects as well. I have a degree in Math, and also received many awards for English.

The methods I use to teach vary on the students needs. I offer tutoring for business English, topics for traveling, help in preparation for an exam, or homework assistance or even just conversational English discussing a range of topics. I could also assist in blogging and content writing. I enjoy editing as well and can assist with proof-reading.
