My name is HUALI. I graduated from the Normal College of Shenzhen University. My major is Teaching Chinese As Second Language. I worked as a Chinese Teacher in Singapore International School for two years. I was responsible for delivering Chinese class, organizing HSK training and test. in charge of the cultural activities. One reason I particularly enjoyed this job, and the challenge that goes along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people who has different cultural background. In this position. I helped students to catch up Chinese language level and improved their communicate skill. I got the compliment from parents and school.Now I am working as a bilingual teacher in Bromsgrove International School. My real strength is my creativeness. I created and adapted the lesson plans，class activities according to students academic needs, including both individual and group work. I like to learn different language and play tennis.

I have 7 years teaching experience. I possess Teacher certificate issued by China Ministry of Education and Teacher of Chinese to Speakers of other language certificate. I was responsible to:

1)Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students;

2)Create and adapt lesson plans according to students’ academic needs, including both individual and group

3) Help students to apply what they learn to their life.

4)HSK training and testing.

I would like to use Differentiation, Assessment for Learning, Active Learning, Grouping and Dialogue to make my lesson more effective.
