Hi there, I'm Dennis, I'm a native Chinese speaker and now I live in Hong Hong. Both Mandarin and Cantonese are my mother tongue. I can also speak French and some Spanish. Since I have exposures of learning different languages, I believe that the most important thing of learning a language is to pick the topics that you love to maintain your passion and patience. I am interested in international current affairs. Mastering multiple foreign languages allows me the opportunity to observe events happened in China and around the world from a different perspective. I am fond of music, especially classical music. Chopin, Bach, and Beethoven are my favorite musicians. There are much more extensive materials available in English and French about these composers compared to Chinese. And I enjoy various sports, particularly badminton, football, tennis, and Formula 1. I can get access to news and other information in these field in various language platforms. All these motivate me to learn a foreign language. So what's your goal or reason to learn Chinese? I hope to learn your hobbies and interests as well.

In terms of my teaching experience, I got a bachelor's degree in English Art and Literature. Spent a solid 5 years as an English teacher in a language training center, and now I've been a teacher of Chinese language for over two years. As a result, bouncing between English and Chinese has given me a comprehensive insight into the vast differences between these two languages. It's like learning to think and talk in completely different vibes. My methodology is to help you perceive the language differences from your own viewpoint，and dive into Chinese in a way that feels authentically 'Chinese'.
