Hello! My name is Kervenne, or Vin in short! I am from Malaysia and moved to New York USA since Sept 2015. Growing up, I speak multiple languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay and English. I also speak dialects like Hokkien and Hakka. I have been teaching young children (both officially and unofficially) for around 10 years. I worked in a daycare setting before where I work with 3-6 years old and able to teach 1x1 with kids 7+ as well. That is just my official employment in the resume. I have also taught my neighbours' kids and my own cousins and siblings since I was a kid. I enjoy reading (especially in Mandarin) and watching anime or reading manga. I also love swimming and singing, but I do not get to do that very often! It will be fun learning with you! I promise!

I have 2 years working in a daycare setting with kids ranging from 4-12 back in Malaysia. It is considered an afterschool program from kindergarten and primary school. I get to teach them in class as an assistant, and sometimes I get to tutor their homework if they are a bit behind. I also serve my community by teaching my fellow neighbours' kids and they love me!
