Hiii,my name is Mpho i am 25years old.I am from Lesotho 🇱🇸. I hold a 120h TEFL certificate.

Teaching has always been my passion, as it reveals my inner desire to help others.I enjoy watching students grow and helping them develop their learning skills.

I love Journaling as it helps me to be more observant and mindful of things that are happening in my classroom. I can note down when my students are having difficulties understanding a concept and it helps me to come up with a strategy to teach it better.

I have 4 years experience in teaching English as a foreign language. I am a certified tutor.I use different types of teaching approach including but not limited to communicative approach, language skills,vocabulary and Grammar, feedback and differentiation. With communicative approach, i focus on promoting communication and interainteraction. I encourage students to listen and speak English. To develop subject expertise i attend workshops to stay updated on the latest trends in English and i expand my knowledge by reading a variety of literature.
