Hi, my name's Kenny. I'm from Glasgow, Scotland (Britain). I enjoy taking long walks in the country. I study touch typing. I also enjoy literature and playing the guitar. I am writing a novel. As well as teaching English, I can also prepare students for the IELTS exam.

I taught immigrants who live in Glasgow who could not speak, read, write, or understand English fluently. I did this for two years on a part time basis. This was between 2013 and 2015 while I was a student. I was able to fit the teaching work in during end of term breaks, and during the four month summer breaks I had while at university. The situation was informal, friendly and enjoyable. It was a rewarding experience practicing what I had learned while studying TEFL, and it was also rewarding to help people to improve their English language fluency skills. Grammar, pronunciation, punctuation, reading, vocabulary and writing were all taught. The students told me what they wanted to discuss, and I was happy to instruct them on that part of English language. The lessons were a mixture of group lessons and one to one lessons. This was a rewarding and enjoyable experience for me, and I enjoy working in teaching English as a foreign language again. I am also qualified to teach IELTS.

I also have a post graduate university degree. I achieved both of these qualifications in Glasgow within the last ten years. I am also qualified to teach IELTS.
