My lessons are primarily for those wishing to advance their level of conversational English, and will teach you to speak in a more fluent, natural way. I will also teach you many expressions and phrases to use in order to help you sound more like native speaker. I also happy to help with written English whenever required by a student.

I am a native British English speaker, originally from London. I have a strong command of both written and spoken English, and a BA degree in History and Politics.

I have coached a number of students preparing for job interviews in English. Preparation includes practicing common interview questions and preparing suitable responses, and teaching the students to talk confidently about their employment history and career goals.

Lessons are primarily conversational. However, whenever it's required, I also have a wide variety of English exercises which are tailored for all ability levels. We can practice these together in class, and I can also assign homework exercises if you wish. Furthermore, I always introduce new phrases, idioms and vocabulary during each lesson and I will correct improve pronunciation where necessary.

I have numerous exercises to practice phrasal verbs, from beginner level to advanced.

I have various exercises to practice common English idioms. I also introduce them spontaneously in class, any time they are pertinent to the topic or situation under discussion.

I have plenty of question-focused exercises which examine correct word order, sentence structure, and use of auxiliary verbs when forming questions.
