For beginners, my approach is to address the phonetic basic and basic structures first to make sure that the students do not develop any bad habits later on. This includes understanding the cultural aspects behind it and all the way to understanding how to speak with a proper accent.

For conversational Turkish, my program consists of both a set of written dialogues and listening exercises to which we listen and answer questions. After completing these exercises we would discuss your thoughts and what you would do in similar situations to try and help you simulate all sorts of different spoken Turkish and this includes sayings and proverbs sometimes too.

If it's an intensive course for a specific goal such as an exam or such then I have the perfect program for you. It would prepare for all the different parts of the exam in a very short period of time!

If your goals are to learn Turkish for business purposes we can have amazing dialogues based on the jargon of whatever industry you work in to make sure that you excel to the fullest!

Children make up a large portion of my teaching experience and I love working with them and having all sorts of language fun with them too. However, it is of course slower because I do like to try and keep the students as engaged as possible and not overwhelm them to make it a positive part of their lives.

In terms of Turkish literature, I do have a collection of novels, poems, and plays that I go over with my students, and would love to share this with you as soon as possible!
