Hello my name is Kayleigh and I am 26 years old. I was born in the Netherlands, but over the past 6 years I have lived in Sweden, México, the United States, the United Kingdom and Italy! In Sweden I did an exchange semester as part of my Bachelor of Education, in México, the US and the UK I was an au pair, which is basically a live-in nanny and in Italy and México City I volunteered at a hostel. During these experiences I have become fluent in English. Like I mentioned shortly before, I have a Bachelor of Education. I am super easygoing, social and I love exploring new places and meeting new people and learning about them and their culture. I can't wait to learn from you while we learn Dutch or English together!

Most of my teaching experience is from teaching kids aged 4-12 in primary schools in the Netherlands, a total of about 4,5 years. Amongst other subjects I did teach them Dutch as a first language and English as a second language. Besides this I have also very informally helped my friends improve their English in day to day conversations and by correcting their mistakes or giving them the words they needed after giving me a description of it. PLEASE NOTE that I teach either in English or in Dutch, I speak some Spanish and German, but not enough to teach in either of those languages. I also only give individual lessons, so if you would like to book lessons for multiple people, I ask you to book a trial lesson for each person.

Let's have a trial lesson together so we can talk about your goals and we can get to know each other and see if I can teach you what you want to learn. I love learning languages and I think it's so satisfying to see yourself improve and be able to hold your own in conversations or whatever your goals are. Once we have had a chat about your expectations towards me, I can create a lesson plan of sorts. Please book your lessons at least 24 hours in advance if you can, so I have plenty of time to prepare a suitable lesson for you.
