My name is Nikita, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology.

I have almost 6 years of experience in tutoring and teaching. I worked as a board certified junior ABA therapist for autistic children and that experience shaped and changed my views on teaching.

I am passionate about teaching and tutoring as I believe knowledge and education empowers people.

My favourite quote is one from the film- Dead Poets Society- “I always thought the idea of education was to learn to think for yourself”

I have 6 years of tutoring and teaching experience. I have been teaching at Cambridge Online Academy for over a year and it has been the greatest experience. I have learnt different methods and techniques of teaching through the school as well as through my training with The TEFL Academy. I teach students based on their needs and personality; if students are shy or anxious, I work with them to overcome that, as I believe confidence is key. Students work well and learn better if they are confident in their abilities. This is what I strive for; to instil confidence in my students so that they are able to learn any skill.
